The new sign shall be located on City property adjacent to Grain Valley City Hall and on the east side of Main Street/Buckner-Tarsney Road. The City will require the Vendor to supply all equipment, tools, materials, mechanical machinery, and all labor and safety equipment to perform this project. ID. SIGN CABINET 1) Approximate overall dimensions: 2' X 8' 2) All aluminum construction 3) Welded frame 4) Internally illuminated with industry leading Principle LED's or equivalent 5) Official City of Grain Valley logo to be permanently displayed FOUNDATION AND SIGN BASE 1) Steel support column and foundation designed for 35 PSI 2) Engineered to 115 mph wind load 3) Direct embedded concrete foundation 4) Brick, stone or equivalent base 5) Approximate dimensions: 10'- 3" X 2'-6" 6) Project site shall be positioned and located so as to not obstruct vehicular sightlines from adjacent roadways and parking lot driveways. 7) Vendors are encouraged to visit proposed site prior to proposal submittal.
