Responses will be shared by addenda and emailed to those requesting a bid packet. Questions will be received until 5:00pm on Friday, August 4, 2023. The last addendum will be released by 2:00pm on Tuesday, August 8, 2023. B. Substitutions of products (e.g., materials, equipment, etc.) other than those specified will only be allowed if approved before the bid date. Bidders may request a substitution in writing to the Architect during bid phase before 5:00pm on Friday, August 4, 2023. Approval of substitutions will be submitted by Addenda to all plan holders. Any substitutions submitted during construction will not be considered for approval. 5. BONDING A. Bid Bond: Bids for the General Contract shall be accompanied by a bid bond written in the form of AIA Documents A310 (Current Edition) in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. B. Performance and Payment Bonds: Bidder shall agree to provide Performance and Payment Bonds
