Installation of New Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Turn off the power and lockout the source for safety purposes to the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) located in Gallier Hall's Engine Room. Remove the wires from the existing Variable Frequency Drive and unbolt it from the wall. Install the new Variable Frequency Drive and reconnect the existing wires. Unlock the power source and proceed to energize the Variable Frequency Drive. Test run the Variable Frequency Drive and remove any debris. This sourcing event is subject to the City's general terms and conditions which can be found at electronically and specific terms and conditions. Submittal of any contrary terms and conditions may cause your bid to be rejected. By submitting a bid, bidder agrees that contrary terms and conditions which may be included in its bid are nullified; and agrees that this purchase order shall be construed in accordance with this sourcing event and governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. The City of New Orleans reserves the right: (1) to award items separately, grouped, or on an all-or-none basis, or to the next lowest bidder as deemed in its best interest; (2) to reject any or all bids and/or items; and (3) to waive any informalities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
