The Owner will engage a CM to provide construction management and construction services, cost management, value analysis, detailed estimating, constructability reviews, milestone and critical path scheduling, attendance at design meetings, reporting and administration throughout the Project as outlined within this RFP. CM will be engaged to provide advice to the Owner during the Preconstruction Phase of the Project and shall administer and oversee the construction work of the Project. The CM shall be responsible for contracting with all the Subcontractors and Suppliers and acting as a Prime Contractor during the Construction Phase and Post-Construction Phase. The Class C estimate for construction for this Project is approximately $2.2 Million ($2,200,000.00) CAD, exclusive of GST. The construction budget includes the Construction Manager fees for Services and Work, and expenses. provision of Construction Management services for the Installation of Cooling Units and Site Upgrades required at Health Sciences Centre (HSC), St. Boniface Hospital (SBH) and Westman Labs (WL) as further described in this document.
