Furnish all necessary materials, machinery, equipment, superintendence and labor for the installation/construction of a new 500,000-gallon Welded Steel Ground Storage Tank (GST) with associated appurtenances and new booster station with generator for the City of Abernathy, Texas. The project will tie into an existing 12" PVC water line on CIty of Abernathy property. All lump sum and unit prices must be stated in both script and figures. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the prices in the bids, the City of Abernathy reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to accept the bid which seems most advantageous to the City's interest. Submit questions no later than July 27th, 2023 at 5:00 PM. After this time no new questions will be answered and final and any final addendums will be issued out by close of business on July 28th, 2023.
