Small Craft Harbours (SCH) requires the construction of concrete foundation and concrete slab on grade for a new prefabricated steel building in Steveston Paramount located at 12740 Trites Road, Richmond, BC, on Federal Crown land. General work to be performed: - Sub base preparation - Reinforced concrete pad, footings, grade beam construction - Reinforced concrete slab on grade construction - Anchor bolt placement - Provision of all required concrete testing and quality control for concrete and anchor bolt placement. This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase competition. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase Two), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings which will be accessible through SAP Ariba. Upon award of a contract in Phase Two, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation. Following Phase Two solicitation closing, bid results will be recorded and may be obtained by e-mailing a request to the address indicated in the Invitation to Tender.
