Ammendment 004 - 17 August 2023: Information provided by the customer states that the cameras will need to be on the current network that exists on Holloman AFB. This will require cordination with 49 Communications Squadron. The 49 LRS at Holloman AFB, NM, is seeking Security Camera Installation, in accordance with the Statement of Objectives at Attachment 1. Questions generated for this solicitation shall be submitted to the Point(s)-of-Contact (POC) identified below not-later-than 12:00 P.M. Mountain Time on 28 July This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04, 02 June 2023. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621, with a small business size standard of $25M. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. Installation of high definition surveillance systems for buildings 702, 872, 44288, 136 utilizing the existing fiber optic network already in place. Installation of cabling to each desired camera location with permission from base communications from each fiber junction already installed at each facility. All cameras should provide adequate coverage to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse for the three fueling stations and self-serve station.
