Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, painting of Park Center exterior at James Island County Park, at 871 Riverland Drive, Charleston, SC and listed below 1. Pressure wash all areas to be painted. Ensure all areas are free of mold prior to painting. 2. Prepare, scrape and caulk all areas as needed. 3. Identify all rotted/bad wood during prep stage and report to JICP staff for authorization for replacement. 4. Please include estimate of price per foot for 100 linear feet of trim and price per foot for 100 linear feet of siding. 5. Identify and repair all drywall and drywall seams as necessary. 6. Paint two coats of Sherwin Williams Duration semi-gloss for exterior siding and trim. 7. Prep all metal door frames, doors and handrails and paint with two coats of industrial enamel 8. All paints to match existing colors as provided by CCPRC. 9. The contractor will be responsible for removing project debris and keeping the job site clean on a daily basis. At the conclusion of the project, all paint spills and overspray shall be removed leaving the site in a clean condition. 10. Unless agreed to beforehand by the Owner, all work shall be accomplished during normal park hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). 11. Timing is of the essence forthis project. All work MUST be completed within 21 days of the Notice to Proceed. 12. The order of work on individual buildings shall be at the direction of CCPRC in order to eliminate conflicts with reservations at the facilities by CCPRC customers. 13. Contractor must protect the surrounding area of each facility, including boardwalks, sidewalks, and vegetation. 14. Contractor is responsible for following all safety codes and regulations and will maintain a safe work area by securing work areas from public. 15. Contractor must supply all warranty information upon completion of the project.
