The Contractor shall keep the property and adjacent areas free from accumulations of debris at all times. At the completion of the work, the Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of all work-related debris, leaving the work area clean from rubbish. 2.4 The location of the work is Rural Point Elementary School 7161 Studley Road Mechanicsville, VA 23116 2.5 The work schedule will be coordinated with the Contractor and HCPS with a start date of July 2023 and completion date of September 2023. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 7AM to 4PM, however flexibility will be considered through discussions with HCPS staff.
