CONTRACT 23-01 SOUTH INDUSTRIAL PARK WATER BOOSTER STATION - Slab mounted pre-fabricated water booster station with fiberglass enclosure Site Piping including Pump Discharge Control Valve Pit and connections to existing facilities Site grading, fencing and appurtenances. The allotted construction time is 120 calendar days. liquidated damages for non-completion are $1,000 per calendar day. The successful bidder is required to furnish both an acceptable performance bond and payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. All bidders must be licensed general contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1976 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. materials and labor for the masonry portion of the construction project exceeds one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000). related statutes and regulations to that end that no person shall be excluded from participation in or be denied benefits of or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance or any other funding source on the grounds of race, color, sex, national origin, or ancestry. By virtue of submitting a response to this solicitation, bidders agree to comply with the same non-discrimination policy.
