The City of Framingham is seeking a qualified Architectural Services firm to provide Design Services for construction of a new parking garage to be located on City-owned land between City Hall located at 150 Concord Street, Framingham, MA 01702 and the Framingham Police Station located at 1 William Welch Way, Framingham, MA 01702. The project will consist of a multi-story parking garage, which will provide parking for municipal employees and members of the public in the City of Framingham. The proposed garage will provide 312 - 390 parking spaces, with proposed future expansion. The garage will increase the available parking supply to a future courthouse, City Hall, Police Station and support the economic, commercial and residential grown of Downtown Framingham. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
