The Fond du Lac Housing Authority at 15 North Marr Street, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin will receive sealed bids for the Westnor Apartments Video Surveillance Replacement project located at 653 West Arndt Street, Fond du Lac, WI 54935. This work is to include replacing the interior and exterior video surveillance camera system in the corridors and general use areas of the three-story apartment building. Instructions to bidders, bid form, general conditions of the contract, specifications, and contract drawings are included as part of the specification manual. No bid may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening of bids nor prior to the award of the contract. Bid and Performance Bonds will be required. The Fond du Lac Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part or combination thereof, to waive any informality in bidding, or to accept any bid deemed to be most advantageous to the Board or redo the bidding process when deemed necessary. Bids shall remain valid for sixty (60) days after the bid opening.
