Pipe bursting of approximately 3,853 Linear Feet (LF) of 8" HDPE, 8,365 LF of 10" HDPE, 3,992 LF of 12" HDPE, and 370 LF of HDPE sewer lines. Reconnection of approximately 63 lateral connections, Structural manhole rehabilitation of approximately 51 manholes totaling 409 vertical feet of lining, miscellaneous point repairs, pavement patching, pavement milling/overlay and all restoration. The bid is divided into a Base Bid with four (4) add alternates. The project is funded through a grant from the SC Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP). Bidders are encouraged to review the applicable Federal requirements of 2 CFR 200, Appendix II described in the Supplemental Conditions for Federal Projects included in the Bidding Documents. Owner on its own initiative may issue Addenda to clarify, correct, supplement, or change the Bidding Documents. 7.02 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
