This project consists of repairing gas fired heaters, and adding additional units in the end bays that experienced damaged/frozen water pipes after recent winter storms. This project will provide adequate heating to the vehicle maintenance shop for maintenance personnel and will prevent further damage to water piping in future winter storms with below freezing temperatures. The contract duration will be 270 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses.
