The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the following work Remove the existing twelve (12) metered shower valves. Furnish and install twelve (12) T&S Brass B-1025-ST valves. The existing valves are located in a tiled concrete masonry unit (CMU) wall. The Contractor is to reinstall CMU wall and tile. Tile is to match the existing. The City of Charlottesville is seeking a qualified vendor to remove existing metered shower valves and furnish and install non-metered valves as replacement.
