The Village of Frankfort is accepting bids for the demolition of the single-family structure(s), located at 11 N. White Street. Proposals provided via fax will not be considered or accepted. The Village of Frankfort reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The purpose of this request is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified and experienced individual(s) or firm(s) to provide demolition services for the Village of Frankfort. The Village of Frankfort is requesting bids for the demolition and site clearance of all existing structures, including one single- family structure and detached garage, located at 11 N. White Street (see Attachment 1). The successful contractor will be expected to provide all tools, transportation, labor, and equipment necessary to perform the required duties herein. The overall objective of this project is to remove all structures, debris, site components (driveway and service walks) etc. and to leave the ground empty, graded sufficiently to prevent ponding, and to provide for the installation of topsoil, grass seed and matting. The awarded contractor shall demolish and remove all above and below ground debris and appurtenances including, but not limited to: The main structure (roughly 1,500-2,000 square foot structure) and/or any detached structures (roughly 450 square foot detached garage). Removal of all basements, footings, foundations, floors, porches, private service walks, concrete flatwork and debris of any kind.
