Bids shall not be accepted or taken, including receiving any hand delivered bids, on days which are recognized as holidays by the United States Postal Service. Project Description: The project consists of the demolition and disposal of the existing HVAC System and Boiler, for the American Legion Post 31 Facility. This work includes the removal of the existing air condenser and compressors, the existing boiler, and all accessible ductwork. A portion ofthis project also includes the hazardous removal ofknown asbestos HVAC Connecting Fabric and insulation. Once this work is complete, the project will consist of the installation of a New VRF Air Conditioning System and Heat Pump VRF System. This work includes all required, drain lines, condensation lines, and ductwork, as identified in the Contract Documents. Bids must be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form furnished with the Bidding Documents. A single set ofBidding Documents shall be issued at the cost ofreproduction to contractors who are licensed by the Licensing Board of Contractors.
