The City of Palm Coast intends to solicit bid proposals for a one-year contract with a vendor(s) capable of providing utility supplies for the City's Utility Department. The contract could be renewed for two each one-year periods upon mutual agreement. Question Deadline: 07/20/2023 at 2:00 PM ET The City's Budget and Procurement Office is the main point of contact for this solicitation. Specific contact information can be found in the Project Manual. Bidders/Proposers - DO NOT contact any other Palm Coast staff, nor any member of the City of Palm Coast City Council, or City Manager, regarding this solicitation at any time prior to the bid/request having been formally presented to, and voted on by, the City Council. Any questions concerning the intent, meaning and interpretations of the solicitation documents including the draft agreement, must be requested in writing through the portal at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the due date. The City reserves the right to reject all submittals, to waive any formalities, and to solicit and readvertise for new bids/proposals, or to abandon the project in its entirety. The certified check, cashier’s check or bond shall be for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid price/cost and shall be made payable to the City as a guarantee that the bidder will not withdraw its bid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the bid closing time and, upon award, will execute a contract with the City.
