Clemson University seeks an experienced supplier to provide the replacement of three Gym Divider Curtains at Fike Recreation Center as described herein. This is a one-time purchase and an award will be made to one offeror. Award will be made to one offeror that is responsive, responsible, and offers the most advantageous pricing to Clemson University. Alternates or approved equals are allowed. Products are to meet specifications and requirements as detailed in section III Scope of Work/Specifications. If an alternate is being offered; it shall be equal to or exceed the specifications as determined by Clemson University. Any reference to brand names, trade names, model numbers, or other descriptions particular to specific brand products is made to establish a required level of quality and functional capabilities; it is not intended to exclude other products of that level. Comparable products of other manufacturers will be considered if proof of comparability is contained in the bid submission Clemson University is seeking a contractor to remove existing divider curtains and install new divider curtains for the Fike basketball court. 1. The contractor must provide all materials including curtains, drive pipe, motor control switches, and all hardware needed to install the system. 2. The replacement must include protection of the basketball court floor by means of covering. The price must include the removal and disposal of the existing curtains, drive pipe, motors, and control switches. 3. The contractor must include all equipment, scaffolding, lifts etc. 4. The contractor must include the electrical connection at the motor and the replacement of the wall switches. 5. The replacement must take place beginning December 16 th , 2023 and completed by December 23rd, 2023
