Questions and Answers will be accumulated and sent to all attendees by Thursday, August 3, 2023, as well as posted to this ad. A mandatory site visit is t the main security entrance at Sagamore Childrens Psychiatric Center, 197 Half Hollow Road, Dix Hills, NY 11746. No one will be admitted to the conference or site visit after, the time cited above. Conference & Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending Attachment B, PreBid Conference/Site Visit Registration Form, no later than Wednesday, July 19, 2023 by 3:00 PM ET. Sagamore Children's Psychiatric Center, located at 197 Half Hollow Road, Dix Hills, NY 11746, is seeking to upgrade their gymnasium moveable partitions. Remove and dispose of existing moveable panel system to facilitate new moveable wall panel system scope. Provide the following new moveable wall panel system: electrically operated panels approximately 20' tall by 50' wide with vinyl finish, steel I beam track, motor, cable drive, soffit work and pass thru panel. New moveable wall panel system shall have a 10-year warranty.
