Scope: We extend this proposal to cover the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide a three (3) year labor-only contract to perform repairs and maintenance to various equipment located in parish-owned Correctional Institutes. (Parish wide) License: A Louisiana State Contractor's License will be required in accordance with LSA R.S. 37-2150 et. seq., and such license number will be shown on the outside of the electronic bid envelope. Failure to comply will cause the bid to be rejected. When submitting the bid electronically, the license number must be entered in the appropriate field in the electronic procurement system. Failure to comply will cause the bid to be rejected." A copy of the license is not required by law; however, they must specify their license number.
