Questions or Clarifications Submission Deadline July 19, 2023 Responses to Questions or Clarifications - Addendum posted on the ESBD July 21, 2023 Courtesy Review of HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) Submission Deadline July 24, 2023 Anticipated Contract Start Date September 1, 2023 Any contract resulting from this Solicitation will have an initial term beginning September 1, 2023, and expiring August 31, 2024. The HHS Agency, at its sole option and subject to availability of funding, may extend the Contract beyond the initial term and all renewal periods for up to one (1) year as necessary to ensure continuity of service, to process a new solicitation, to secure a new contract, for purposes of transition to a new Contractor, or as otherwise determined by the HHS Agency. This extension, if exercised, will require the Contractor to continue performing services in accordance with the Contract requirements and all terms and conditions.
