THE UNITS MUST BE MID GRADE WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD FOR RELIABILITY Provide heating and cooling load calculations and proposed distribution system layout. System to include but not limited to: NO UNITS PUT IN CRAWLSPACE, TALL BASEMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED All material, labor, profit, digital thermostat, concrete pad, power to units, and control wiring, work light, digital thermostat, filter, and fan, heat strips per mfg. recommendations, ducts, vents, returns, operating and repair manual, provide two extra filters, provide condensation overflow drain, and pan. Insulate all new ductwork to R8+. Return filter must be inside the house. These are older homes, Do not use any old wiring ducts or other parts.
