This project is located on CR 4 on Rio Blanco County right-of-way in the County of Rio Blanco, Colorado crossing the White River. Construction will take place entirely within the Rio Blanco County's right-of-way. Construction specifications will follow the 2022 Colorado Department of Transportations Standard Specifications for Road & Bridge Construction. Project Special Revisions and Standard Provisions applicable to this project are included with the Bid Package.
