Reference Number 0000324655 The Village of Orland Park seeks a qualified Design/Build (D/B) Contractor to verify the preliminary analysis, update or complete the design as needed and construct the proposed improvements to two (2) subdivisions within the Village - Caro Vista and Gees Addition (Highland Avenue). The selected D/B Contractor will perform a stormwater runoff analysis or similar drainage evaluation, develop engineering design plans sufficient to construct the proposed improvements, and provide all furnishings and materials needed to fully construct the proposed improvements and restore the impacted areas to preconstruction conditions. All questions related to this proposal must be submitted online through city website, no later than 12:00 pm local time on July 18, 2023 Each bid must be accompanied by a bid deposit, as earnest money, in the form of a bid bond, a certified check or cashier's check, drawn on a responsible bank, made payable to the Village of Orland Park for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid price. After Contract award, the Village will return deposits to unsuccessful Bidders
