To perform improvements at Linda Mar Park and Ride and Crespi Bus Stop Questions due: July 25, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Response(s) by: July 28, 2023 Notice of Award: August, 2023 Limited Notice to Proceed August, 2023 Notice to Proceed: September, 2023 Contractor is required to be a licensed Contractor with the State of California and must possess a valid California State Contractors License, Classification A - General Engineering Contractor, B - General Building Contractor and/or Classification C-8 - Concrete Contractor at the time the parties enter an contract and throughout the contract term. For all Agreements over $25,000, the successful Contractor must provide a payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Grand Total Amount and issued by a California admitted surety. Full compensation for furnishing the payment bond is included in the Grand Total Amount. All Work must be completed within 14 business days of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. For all Agreements over $25,000, the successful Contractor must provide a Performance Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the awarded contract amount and issued by a California admitted surety. Contractor shall maintain valid Performance Bond for the entire term of the Contract. Each Contractor will submit Bidders Security in the amount of 10% of the Grand Total Amount with its quote as follows: A scanned copy of the executed Bidders Bond must be submitted by electronic upload to the Districts Procurement Portal prior to the Quotations Due date and time. Contractors have up to 2 business days after the Quotations Due date and time to deliver the original executed Bidders Bond to the designated Procurement Administrator. The Bidders Bond will be securely sealed in an envelope and clearly marked with the RFQ number 24-S-CU-013.
