Furnish labor, material and service necessary to provide repairs of various heating systems (gas, forced air), on an as-needed basis, for the following Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee housing developments: Hillside Terrace (approximately 321 units), Scattered Sites (approximately 200 units), and Parklawn (approximately 189 units). All Wages, Fringe Benefits, Insurance, Overhead, Profit, Trip Charges, Equipment, Equipment Rental, Tools, Administrative Costs, Etc. This contract will be effective August 1, 2023 through July 31, 2024, with the option to extend for an additional four, one-year term(s) upon mutual consent of both parties. In addition, the Contractor and its subcontractors shall provide all required compliance data with respect to any applicable Section 3 requirements and/or Emerging Business Enterprises (EBE) requirements to the HACM via the same electronic system. The Contractor and its subcontractors shall be responsible for responding to any requests for data or information by the noted response due dates, and shall check the electronic system on a regular basis to manage contact information and contract records. The Contractor shall also be responsible for ensuring that all subcontractors have completed all requested items with complete and accurate information and that their contact information is current.
