Seminole County Environmental Services department is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide annual consulting services in, but not limited to, water, wastewater, reclaimed (including surface water augmentation) and solid waste utility rates and fees and financial services on an as needed basis. As work is needed to be performed by the consultant, task orders will be generated for the specific requirements needed. The selected firm will be expected to perform such services as assistance in forecasting, rate-designing, and financial planning as well as other tasks that may be deemed necessary by the County. All Proposers should carefully examine the RFP documents. Any ambiguities or inconsistencies shall be brought to the attention of PCD Contact Person in writing via the Q&A tab in the COUNTY'S e-Procurement Portal prior to the scheduled due date and time for submission Proposers, both corporate and individual, must be fully licensed and certified for the type of work to be performed in the State of Florida at the time of submittal under this RFP. Failure of the Proposer to be fully licensed and certified, may result in rejection of the Proposer's submitted proposal and a determination as "Non-Responsive". Any permits, licenses, or fees required shall be the responsibility of the Proposer. No separate or additional payment will be made for these costs. Adherence to all applicable code regulations, Federal, State, County, City, etc., is the responsibility of the Proposer.
