Awarded amount was not disclosed.** The Assessor of Property for Metro Nashville and Davidson County (AoP) has four (4) spaces in need of audio visual (AV) equipment and systems. The spaces and their respective dimensions are as follows: * Front Conference Room - 21ft by 24ft by 9ft. * Training Room - 23ft by 34ft by 9ft. * Rear Conference Room -14ft by 17ft by 9ft. * Front Lobby - 26ft by 28ft by 9ft. The front conference room is the paramount priority. AV equipment and systems for all spaces must be installed and operational no later than 30 days after receipt of equipment. Contractor shall repair, to the AoP's satisfaction, any Metro property damaged as a result of contractor's actions. Contractor shall provide AV equipment and systems training to AoP staff no later than 14 days after AV equipment and systems are operational. Contractor shall provide a five (5) year replacement warranty for AV equipment and systems. Contractor shall provide a five (5) year service agreement for AV equipment and systems that includes telephone, online, and onsite support as required. The service agreement shall include the installation and configuration of all upgrades to AV equipment and systems.
