Notice is Hereby Given by the Lexington-fayette Urban County Government That Bids Will Be Received for: Bid 87-2023 Police West Sector Cooling Tower Replacement Question Deadline 07/21/2023 at 12:00 PM ET LFUCG will only be accepting bids on-line through Ion Wave for this solicitation. Base bid and alternate totals (if required) should be provided on the appropriate line items tab on Ion Wave. Submissions without line item totals (if required) may be rejected and deemed non-responsive. All forms normally provided with bid submission should be downloaded from Ion Wave, filled out and attached with bid submission. A copy of bid bond must be included with submission. THESE INSTRUCTIONS SUPERCEDE ALL OTHER BID SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED IN THIS PACKAGE. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL QUESTIONS VIA THE Q&A MODULE ON ION WAVE. for furnishing all labor and/or materials and performing all work as set forth by this advertisement, Ion Wave Q&A, conditions (general and special), specifications, and/or the drawings prepared by N3D Group for LexingtonFayette Urban County Government. The bonds required for this project are bid bond and performance and payment bond. The LFUCG will, upon request, assist prime contractors in the procurement of eligible DBE subcontractors in an effort to achieve a 10% minimum MWDBE and a 3% minimum Veteran goal. The time estimated and authorized by the OWNER for the proper execution of the Work by the Contract, in full, is hereby fixed as two hundred eighty (280) calendar days to substantial completion and thirty (30) calendar days to final completion. The time shall begin in accordance with the Notice to Proceed provided by OWNER.
