SCOPE OF WORK: In six different locations around the City of Lake Oswego, various amounts of 2" and 3" Grinding, Paving inlay, and overlay. It also includes adjustments of lids, valves, and monuments as needed and final pavement markings to match existing. COMPLETION: Project Substantial Completion shall be September 29, 2023, and Project Final Completion shall be within 20 days (October 19, 2023). If a Bidder wishes to be personally present at the Bid Opening or if you have accessibility concerns, please contact the project manager at least three (3) business days prior to the Bid Opening. Because the City's estimate of the contract value is $100,000 or greater, Bidders must submit a First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form, provided in the Bid Documents, to the City no later than 4:30 pm local time on the date for the receipt of Bids. The First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form shall be submitted electronically to the same link as the Bid. QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATION: Questions about meaning or intent of the Bid Documents shall be submitted to the Project Manager, Dan Payne, by email atdpayne@ci.oswego.or.us(SPAN)or Javier Moncada atjmoncada@ci.oswego.or.us(SPAN)no later than seven (7) days prior to Bid Closing Time. Clarifications to the Bidding Documents will be made by addenda only. Oral statement may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
