Scope of Work: The purpose of this project is to demolish building structures, water ground storage tanks and the removal of in ground piping at four separate decommissioned Water Treatment Facilities. The project shall include complete demolition, removal and disposal of all designated existing structures, pipe, tanks and related equipment per the Engineers Drawings, Technical Specifications and Herein. Grading, loaming and sodding shall cover all disturbed areas inside and outside of the project perimeter and be completed per the Engineers Drawings and Technical Specifications. Contractor shall provide all required equipment and labor necessary to complete the plant demolitions as defined herein and per the Engineers Drawings and Technical Specifications. Contractor shall provide subcontractors as required. All materials such as fencing, bollards, etc. to be added as a part of property restoration shall be provided and installed by the Contractor or an authorized Sub-Contractor. Question Submission Deadline : July 31, 2023, 5:00pm Bid Security shall be made payable to COUNTY, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidder's Total Bid and in the form of a certified or cashier's check, or a Bid Bond issued by a Surety meeting the requirements of these Bid Documents. The COUNTY reserves the right to reject all bids, make multiple awards (award to more than one CONTRACTOR), make a partial award, to re-solicit and advertise for new bids, or to cancel the project in its entirety. Bidder's, both corporate and individual, must be fully licensed and certified for the type of work to be performed in the State of Florida at the time of submittal and during the entire Contract Time.
