The scope of work generally consists of completing and placing into operation one (1) 24-inch diameter capable of a minimum sustained pumping rate of 2,000 gallons per minute (gpm). The well was previous completed in May 2023. Work in this contract includes completion of the well including submersible building and all necessary equipment to complete well installation. The project is located in the NW 1/4 south of the existing SRWD Water Treatment Plant. The well is located approximately 5 miles south of North Dakota in Stutsman County, North Dakota. Each Bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a copy of a current and valid North Dakota been issued at least 10 calendar days before the date of Bid opening) and a Bidder's Bond equal to for executed by the BIDDER as Principal and by a Surety, conditioned that if the Principal's BID is accepted The requirements for bidders and contractors und Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women's Business Enterprises (WBE), and Small Business Enterp specifications. The goal for MBE is 2% of the total dollar value of the project. The goal for WBE is 3% of the total do The Owner reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of 61 days after the date fixed for the openi to award the Contract, if awarded, to the Contractor with the Bid that is determined to be in the best Owner. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
