ESTIMATE: Estimated construction cost range is $900,000 - $1,200,000. The project consists of building a public restroom facility for Spartan Stadium, asphalting and fencing A certified check, a bank cashiers check, or a bid bond executed by a Washington State licensed surety company and payable to Quillayute Valley School District is required with each bid, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. The Owner shall have the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid or Bids received and to accept the Bid or Bids which, in its judgment, is in its own best interests. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A bid may not be withdrawn after the stated time and date for opening thereof or before award of Contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding 45 calendar days from the date of bid opening.
