Scope shall include the full demolition of the existing building, including but not limited to the removal of exterior and interior walls, roofing, structural elements, lighting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and other components throughout the spaces, foundations, footings, etc. The contractor is responsible for disconnecting and capping all existing utilities as necessary.
