This will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type of contract for the performance of general construction services including, but not limited to, minor construction, repair, renovations, alterations, and maintenance. The Owner, at its sole discretion may extend the contract for one additional one-year period at the prices set forth in the Contractors bid. A time for completion of each individual project shall be established in the Request for Proposal for that job order. Estimate: Less than $100,000.00 per project, not to exceed $1,000,000.00 per year for all projects A bid bond is NOT required as part of submissions. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 20 working days subsequent to the specified bid opening time.
