The City of Hillsboro seeks competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms able to provide construction services for the Minter Bridge Road Utility Upgrade. The Project consists of, but is not limited to, the following work on sanitary and storm sewers: Abandonment of approximately 1,300 LF of 10-inch pipe and manholes Removal of manholes Construction of approximately 1,350 LF of 15-inch sanitary sewer pipe and manholes, including reconnection of existing active laterals. Construction of approximately 430 LF of new 8-inch sanitary sewer pipes and manholes Relocation of approximately 40 LF of 30-inch storm sewer pipes and manholes. Replacement of approximately 30 LF of 30-inch storm sewer pipes - Construction of manholes at specific locations along existing 30-inch storm sewer pipeline Complete installation shall include but is not limited to traffic control, erosion and sediment control, bypass pumping, excavation and backfill, trench rehabilitation within roadway, utility protection, and new system testing. Work is to take place along SE Minter Bridge Road, between SE Meadowlark Drive and SE Gerhard Drive. There is no pre-qualification process for this ITB. There will be no pre-bid conference.
