Reference Number 0000324550 2023-2024 Supply of Hot and Cold Mix Asphalt and Aggregates (IFB# 24-0001). All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M, inclusive as amended. We ancipate purchasing approximately $110,000.00 of road maintenance materials under this bid; however addional funds may become available which would allow us to purchase more. These dollar amounts are for bidding purposes only and are not a commitment of expenditures for this contract. This is a Unit Price Bid. This will be a Unit Price contract for materials to be picked up at the bidders hot mix plant periodically throughout the term. The contract term will be August 14, 2023 through July 31, 2024. Question Acceptance Deadline 07/19/2023 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes Quesons from Prospecve Proposers - Quesons concerning this Invitaon for Bid must be submied in wring to: Jaime Flores at the address above or jflores@tows.org before 4:00 PM on July 19, 2023. Quesons may be delivered, mailed or emailed. Wrien responses will be emailed to all proposers on record as having picked up the IFB. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a licensed surety company, or a Cerfied check, or a Treasurers or Cashiers check in the amount of five (5%) percent of the base bid payable to the Town of West Springfield. A Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price will be required of all Successful Bidders awarded a contrac General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required The Town of West Springfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalies in bidding if it be in the public interest to do so.
