Value Notes: Per Engineers Estimate The contractor shall construct and test approximately 7,959 lineal feet of 24-inch sanitary forcemain, 3,112 lineal feet of 36 sanitary sewer interceptor, 222 of 24-inch sanitary sewer interceptor, and appurtenances located in the City of Verona and Town of Verona. The sewer installation will necessitate construction in wetlands and four creek crossings of the Badger Mill Creek. Additionally, 597 lineal feet of trenchless installation at County Highway Old PB and U.S. Highway 18/151 are anticipated. The project will install new forcemain and interceptor sewer manholes, including replace an existing Town of Verona 8-inch sewer which will contain a monitoring manhole. The project also includes extension of the City of Verona Lower Badger Mill Creek Path which will consist of a prefabricated steel truss pedestrian bridge, an asphalt path, and an existing bridge removal. Other items included in the project include erosion control, dewatering, tree removals, traffic control, storm water, site restoration, and other miscellaneous items of work.
