This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. The solicitation number is W912PQ-23-Q-0026 for the procurement of demolition services at the Youngstown Local Training Area 1525 Balmer Road Youngstown, New York 14174 per the attached solicitation and performance work statement (PWS). This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL services in the PWS as required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes are due 14AUG2023 11:00 via email to Meghan.a.sherdian.civ@army.mil. A site visit is scheduled for 1AUG2023 10:00 a.m. You must email Meghan.a.sheridan.civ@army.mil and Melissa.santoro2.civ@army.mil with any attendee's -their name, company name, date of birth, issuing state of your license and license number by 10:00 a.m. on 31JUL2023 for admittance. Award will be made to the vendor that: submits the lowest total evaluated reasonably priced quote/offer, and submits a quote/offer that meets all the material requirements of this solicitation and does not contain any major deficiencies or omissions. The material requirements of the solicitation will be how the offeror can meet all elements of the PWS, in particular the PRS. The government will complete a technical review and determine if the quote submitted meets the criteria in the PWS or does not meet the criteria. meets all the responsibility criteria at FAR 9.104 is registered as a SDVOSB in SAM.GOV. Principle NAICS is 238910 and size standard is $19 million. The RFQ and its amendments will only be posted to www.sam.gov.
