As of 8/4/2023, this project will be rebid. Edgefield County is looking for qualified contractors to bid on the repairs to our north tower site control building. The Owner requests an itemized proposal for changes to the Contract Sum and Contract Time for proposed modifications to the Contract Documents described herein. Demolition: 1. Removal of Existing Exterior sheathing 2. Removal of All Exterior Vents, HVAC, Lights, guards, and other attachments as needed to replace exterior sheathing 3. Removal of Existing roof 4. Removal of any damaged wood Build: 1. Re-Frame Exterior sheathing as needed to replace damaged wood 2. Re-Install All Exterior Vents, HVAC, Lights, guards, and other items attached to the exterior sheathing that was removed. 3. Install a new roof Important Note: Tower Control Building must maintain power and be useable throughout the project. No weather damage to the interior will be allowed while the project is being completed. Bidders should provide license and insurance details with the bid.
