The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified Proposers who are interested in providing maintenance services to maintain HVAC (heat, ventilation and air conditioning) systems at specified Parish facilities. Submittal of a proposal does not create any right or expectation to a contract with the Parish. This is a Full-service maintenance contract. All HVAC hardware, software, controls, and building automation systems listed in the RFP are the complete responsibility of the contractor, unless explicitly excluded in writing. Additionally, all associated ventilation ductwork, chill water piping and boiler/hot water piping are not excluded and remain a part of this contract. The contractor is to maintain all hardware and software to premium operating condition, and operating at the highest efficiency. If any part is deemed obsolete, it must be replaced with a like in kind replacement. If a replacement is found not to be available, it must be brought to the Parish's attention for alternative options.
