Kahului Fire Station Complete Asphalt Repaving and Restriping No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by one of the following forms of bidder's security: cash, a cashier's check, or a certified check on a bank insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, ora bidder's bond executed by an approved surety insurer, made payable to the Director of Finance in the manner, form, and amount required by Section 103D-323 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. The proposal guaranty shall be equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid submitted. Bidders are required to comply with the newest procurement code, HRS, Chapter 103-D, any rules and regulations and policy directives issued with respect to Chapter 103- D and any amendments thereof. Remove 3" of existing asphalt, hauled out and disposed. b. New base course as needed, graded and compacted. c. Replace 3" of new State IV Mix Asphalt. 3. Labor and Materials to stripe lot following the existing layout with liquid thermo-plastic traffic paint. 4. Work needs to be completed in 4 Phases. (See Map for Phases) a. Phase 1 Covered Parking Area (Yellow) b. Phase 2 Back Garage Entrance Area (Red) c. Phase 3 Drive Lane to Back Lot (Blue) d. Phase 4 Employee Parking Lot (Green)
