The City of Lake Worth Beach is soliciting bids from responsible and experienced entities to provide repair and maintenance services of front load commercial dumpsters and roll-off containers on as needed basis for the City's Refuse Division. Repair and maintenance work consist of replacing the bottom with new steel, painting work, and miscellaneous repairs as outlined in this IFB. The services provided under this project shall commence on the date of Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order is received and be fully completed within the time frame identified in the awarded bid, resulting contract, or Purchase Order. All goods and services shall be delivered in accordance with the City's design specifications and be standards and in accordance with this IFB, its exhibits and all issued addendum which are available on the City's website. Each Bidder must include with its bid package a copy of all applicable certificates and licenses and a current Business Tax Receipt in the name of the Bidder submitting the Bid from the County in which the Bidder's principal place of business is located. If awarded the contract, any Bidder who is not required to have a Business License from the City will be required to obtain a Certificate of Registration from the City of Lake Worth Beach prior to contract execution. All bidders are required to maintain, a current, valid licenses relevant to offered supply or service at the time of bid submittal or its bid may be disqualified. Failure to submit all required licensing if/when requested may result in rejection of the bid. The bidder must provide the manufacturer's specifications with design data sheets with their bids. The City reserves the right to reject any bid without submitted specifications and design data sheet. Question Deadline 07/13/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Final Questions Due Contract Start : October 15, 2023
