Change Orders shall be issued as required to alter the Contract, (i.e. change the work scope, materials, dates, etc.), in accordance with the General Conditions of the Contract, and the following procedure Start changeout of unit ventilators (units to be changed out one at a time): 10/7/24 Finish changeout of unit ventilators: 1/17/25 This project involves Replacement of 15 existing self-contained unit ventilators with chilled water/heating water models, and the addition of a complete chilled water system. Installation of chilled water branch piping from exterior mains to valved & capped stubs at interior of room, including drilling of holes through exterior walls The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals either in whole or in part and to waive any irregularities. As an alternative to a bid bond, Bidders may provide certified check, cashiers' check, or money order made payable to the Board of Trustees, Michigan State University, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid.
