Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center, Columbia, SC Estimated/Target Completion Period: 299 calendar days after Award. Construction Magnitude: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 NAICS: 541330 Engineering Services Small Business Standard: $25.5 Million Set-Aside: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Site Visits will not be arranged during this phase. The anticipated award date of the proposed A-E Contract is on or before November 01, 2023. SF 330 Date of Receipt/Due Date: Interested firms having the capabilities to perform this work must submit one (1) electronic SF330 and attachments if any) no later than (NLT) 10:00 AM (EST) August 8, 2023. PROJECT OVERVIEW: Provide Professional Architect/Engineer (A/E) and planning services necessary to construct the overflow parking lots across from Building 10. This project will address the access needs of VA patients and employees with improved access to paved parking. The design project will provide for engineering services to design layout, grading, storm water drainage including detention or retention, pavement structure, pavement markings, site lighting, and other features typically associated with parking lot design and construction. The engineer will design the project to obtain the maximum amount of parking within the provided area subject to the review of the Government. The design developed will provide adequate direction for the complete construction of the overflow lots. SDVOSB SET-ASIDE: This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8127(d). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
