END OF UPDATE This is a solicitation to assist the FAA in meeting the Mobile Test Bed System requirement at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, OK and includes: Improve the site and construct a new Mobile Systems Test Bed training building. The project includes a new 5,262 gross square foot building and related site improvements. Work includes, but is not limited to: Site demolition, site grading, soil preparation, paving, utilities, concrete foundations, pre-engineered metal building structure, building envelope, doors, garage doors, windows, interior finishes, equipment, signage, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC system, electrical power & lighting, CCTV camera system, security system, public address system, fire alarm, telecom, lightning protection system, and other items as noted on the drawings and specifications. Contractor shall provide, but not limited to, all labor, materials, and equipment required for all work as described in the applicable contract documents.
