Reconstruction of Granite Dells Road from SR-260 to Mud Springs Road for a length of approximately 2,680 feet. The proposed Improvements are generally described as including the following types of Work: pavement removal, grading, subgrade preparation, aggregate base, hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and ramps, concrete driveway entrances, catch basins, storm drains, watermains and appurtenances, pavement markings, traffic signage, construction traffic control, construction utility coordination, and related incidental construction and improvements. All questions must be submitted to the issuing office by 5:00 P.M. (MST) on July 19, 2023. All responses to questions will be provided to prospective bidders via addendum on July 25, 2023. Prospective bidders are responsible to contact the office of the Town Clerk to be placed on the bidders list in order to receive addenda. Payson requires the Project to be substantially completed on or before November 3, 2023 and completed and ready for final payment on or before December 4, 2023. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or surety bond for 10% of the amount of the bid, made payable to the Town of Payson, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract to perform the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Payson reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in a bid or to withhold the award for any reason Payson determines.
