Jamestown Campus Renovation of approximately 14,588 sq. ft. in Machinery Hall, 1301 Bonner Drive, Jamestown, NC 27282 for the Cosmetology Program located on the Jamestown Campus Scope of Work includes, but not limited to selective demolition of interior walls, selected exterior window frames, and removal of existing building features associated with the loading dock area. Interior renovation of the building will address installation of metal stud framing, wall and floor finishes, installation of hollow metal door frames and wood doors along with suspended ceilings for the creation of offices, break room, classrooms and salon training area for hair, facial, manicure and pedicure In addition to the interior renovations, the scope of work will address replacement of exterior windows with Kalwall inserts as well as exterior doors. Exterior renovation will include installation of two exterior pre-fabricated metal canopies, site and landscape work in the front of the building with parking spaces, sidewalk, asphalt removal, and planting The project will also address modifications to the existing roof system to address relocation and placement of HVAC rooftop equipment to support the interior renovations. Scope of work will also include modifications to the existing Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical building systems to support the interior renovations Questions regarding the contract documents shall be directed in writing to LS3P Associates, Attention: Daryl Rackley, AIA at darylrackley@ls3p.com or (336) 273-0101.
