Anticipated Schedule Bid Solicitation June 30,2023 Pre- Bid Site Walk July 12, 2023 Receipt of Proposals July 28, 2023 Commencement of Project September 26, 2023 Work Completion June 28, 2024 The Town of Madison, Connecticut are seeking SEALED Bids from interested General Contractors, single-prime contractor and sub-contractor teams, to replace the existing water source heat pumps, install new ground source heat pump well field, modify condenser water system, install new ventilation systems, and upgrade the building controls to accommodate new systems at the Madison Town Hall Building, located at 8 Campus Drive, Madison, Connecticut 06443. All work is to be done under Prevailing Wage, Bid bonds and Performance bonds are required, as specified within. To obtain a complete description of the work, interested persons may obtain copies of the Contract document by emailing Racquel Stubbs at stubbsr@madisonct.org. The Town of Madison reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities or defects in bids, to reject any and all bids and to accept a bid that, in its' sole discretion, is in the best interest of the Town.
